Four days to sell at over valuation
Dario came out promptly and felt the property was undervalued. An expert in the local market, Unicorn quickly done the images and 360 walkthrough. It got so much interest that Karen suggested a closing date and it sold for well over even the highest valuation. Dario and Karen were always quick to answer calls and emails and performed well above expectations. I would recommend Unicorn to anyone, super personal service.

Excellent service
John & Karen were exceptionally great. Karen kept us updated every step of the way and answered any of our queries immediately. John was very helpful when we first met him. Explained everything to a 'T' and was very friendly and not pushy like some other estate agents. Our sale was very speedy with no hurdles whatsoever. Professional service with a lovely personal touch
The whole process of selling my flat in Mount Florida was quick, professional and stress-free thanks to Dario and Karen. From my first phone call with Karen to request a valuation to Dario's visit to value my property, they were so friendly and helpful with great local knowledge and I instantly got a good vibe about Unicorn.  The process from there moved so quickly, photography was done, surveyor visited and within just over a week we were on the market with viewings lined up.  Communication throughout was on point, Karen was super pro-active in following up with viewers, giving good advice and taking the lead on price negotiations.  They also recommended a local solicitor which helped the process flow super smoothly too.  All in all I couldn't recommend Unicorn highly enough, a very professional service with a lovely personal touch.
