Having never sold a property before I was unsure what to expect, but Unicorn Homes were very helpful with the whole process, with John coming out quickly for an initial meeting, a Home Report arranged for a few days later, and an introduction to the solicitor who handled the sale. The whole thing ran very smoothly, with Unicorn handling all of the viewings. Their knowledge of the local area was really helpful in setting the right asking price and ensuring the flat didn't sit on the market for too long. Communication was straightforward and Karen was quick to respond to any queries.

Very pleased

Exceptional service
Unicorn Homes provided me with a service for the sale of my flat which was quite simply above and beyond my expectations in every aspect. The team at Unicorn Homes had already set the bar extremely high for themselves , as I had entrusted my 2 flats in their care to lease for many years. One of my flats was sold by them a few years ago , with minimum fuss and minimum input from me ( As I live 12,000 miles away in Australia) , but total professionalism from them and an excellent financial outcome . I knew already that I was in the best possible hands for the sale of this flat. However , after the same seamless advertising and home opens , the financial outcome was far in excess of what I ever envisioned. I have so enjoyed my relationship with Unicorn Homes over the years that I had to stop myself looking for another flat as this sale concluded!!
