John & Karen were exceptionally great. Karen kept us updated every step of the way and answered any of our queries immediately. John was very helpful when we first met him. Explained everything to a 'T' and was very friendly and not pushy like some other estate agents. Our sale was very speedy with no hurdles whatsoever.
