Four days to sell at over valuation
Dario came out promptly and felt the property was undervalued. An expert in the local market, Unicorn quickly done the images and 360 walkthrough. It got so much interest that Karen suggested a closing date and it sold for well over even the highest valuation. Dario and Karen were always quick to answer calls and emails and performed well above expectations. I would recommend Unicorn to anyone, super personal service.
